Measurement day!
As you get started it is important that you know where you are and where you want to go. Taking your measurements early in your journey will help you to see results not only at the scale but with different parts of your body.
To get you started I have found a few videos that will help you take your measurements in just a few minutes.

Here are a few reminders:
Get a measuring tape
Stand tall
Have minimal clothing and use about the same every time
Relax your muscles before taking measurements
The tape should be comfortable around your body and not tight
