Love exercise
Include exercise in your daily routine. Working out is a great way to get rid of day to day stress, helping you unwind and think clearer. Having a balanced life means having a good diet and a good workout program. These two together are necessary for a balanced and healthy life. But if you feel like you might be getting bored with your work out routine, don’t be afraid to spice it up. Try something new and exciting.
No exceptions
Never let those around you convince you to make exceptions and drop your diet for celebrations like  birthdays, because if you set aside your diet once, all your efforts until that point might have been in vain. Be confident, and explain your situation clearly in order to avoid unpleasant situations.
Enjoy your success
Acknowledge how far you have come. Don’t be afraid to bathe in your success, and let everybody share your happiness. Get rid of all your “fat” clothes and reward yourself with a new wardrobe that feels and looks amazing to celebrate your new accomplishment. Don’t be afraid to be proud of what you have achieved.

Enjoy life and love it. Eat well.
