Apricots
Apricots are of Asian origin, and are closely related to peaches and nectarines. These fruits are low in calories, containing 50 calories per 100 g. Apricots are rich in dietary fiber,  antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.  Apricots are excellent sources of vitamin-A, carotenes, vitamin-C. Vitamin-C helps the body develop resistance against infections and are a grate help in fighting a cold.

Limes
Limes are low in calories, making limes perfect for flavoring without adding too many calories. Know that limes are an excellent source of vitamin C and contain important antioxidants. Vitamin C is important in the prevention of diseases like atherosclerosis and heart disease, and plays an important role in keeping the immune system functioning normally.

Mango
Mango is a tropical fruit that is high  in dietary fiber, minerals and vitamins. This fruits is an excellent source of  Vitamin-A, beta-carotene, vitamin B6,  vitamin-C and vitamin-E. Recent studies have shown that the mango fruit has been found to protect against colon, breast, and prostate cancer.

Rhubarb
Rhubarb is very low in calories, but contains important concentrations of dietary fiber, several B-complex vitamins. The red stalks are rich in vitamin A, ß-carotene, also provides good amounts of vitamin K. Rhubarb contains vital minerals like iron, copper, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus.

Pineapple
Pineapple is fruit that is low in calories but nonetheless contain many health promoting nutrients like dietary fiber, mineral and vitamins. Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain that helps in the digestion of food, by breaking down protein. This fruit is also an excellent source of  vitamin C,  B-complex vitamins and minerals like copper, manganese and potassium.

Lychee
This interesting exotic  fruit contains good amounts of dietary fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. Being a citrus fruit, lychee is high in vitamin C, which helps the human body develop resistance against infectious agents. Lychee also contains a very good amount of minerals like potassium and copper.
