Dairy Products
Day to day, dairy products are a big part of many people’s lives.
Milk is considered to be the only complete nourishment: it contains all 3 food groups ( proteins, fats and carbohydrates ) and vitamins A, D, and E, plus B vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, zinc and iron.
The correct serving size for milk is one 8 ounce glass or 250 ml.
One cup of yogurt or 200 g provides you with 50% of your daily needs of phosphorus and 40% of your daily need of calcium. So learn to love this amazingly nutritious product.
