1 lb. whole grain elbow pasta or pasta of your choice
2 cups Blue Diamond Unsweetened Original Almond Breeze Almondmilk
1 cup Mozzarella style alternative cheese, shredded
1-1/2 cups Cheddar style alternative cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan style alternative cheese
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs, optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside in a 9x13x2 glass dish.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almondmilk with all the cheese alternatives, until just melted. Add melted cheese alternative sauce to noodles and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° F for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese alternative sauce is bubbly. Serve hot.
