Homemade Not So Chunky Monkey Almondmilk Ice Cream

Serves: 7 servings (1/2 cup each)

1 cup raw walnuts, chopped

1 cup Blue Diamond Chocolate Almond Breeze Almondmilk

2 tablespoons honey, optional

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

2 bananas, peeled, frozen

2 cups ice cubes

Preparation

  1. In a blender, place all the ingredients into the blender container and secure lid. Start blending on low setting for 10 seconds and gradually increase speed to high and blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth and without lumps.
  2. Serve in ice cream bowls, as a milkshake in a cup or pour into a popsicle mold.
