Fish steaks marinated in a tropical sauce typical of the state of Yucatan, Mexico.
Ingredients
- 4 fresh or frozen white fish steaks
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice 1 tangerine
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon cooking white wine
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a glass pan, marinate fish steaks with remaining ingredients, for a minimum of 5 minutes.
- On a large skillet, cook steaks for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish is fully cooked. You may grill each steak on a medium heated grill for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with grilled corn, zucchini and tomatoes.
