Hard to believe we started this journey 61 days ago (2 months)! I sure hope you are all making progress – eating a lot less, trying new recipes, while exercising on most days. At this point it’s important that you know where you are and where you want to continue to go. Taking your measurements at this point in your journey will help you to continue to see results not only at the scale but with different parts of your body.
Hopefully you still have your form with your January measurements, but if not I have included the form as well as the “how to take your measurements” video. These tools will help you take your measurements and record them in just a few minutes.

Here are a few reminders:
Get a measuring tape
Stand tall Have minimal clothing and use about the same clothing every time
Relax your muscles before taking measurements
The tape should be comfortable around your body and not tight
Stay committed to your goal!
Live life. Enjoy it and Eat well.
